We have built an initial demonstration of lead generation and supporting workflow ideas, including optional AI assistance. It has not yet been presented to W Denis. No production design has been agreed.
Your answers will help us identify an acceptable hosting approach, what data and AI use may be permitted, and the evidence needed for the next stage. Completing this form does not approve a supplier, application or use of live data.
How your answers are handled
This is a public questionnaire. The form has no answer-submission service, AI processing, analytics scripts or automatic draft storage. Typed answers stay in your browser memory until you copy, download or print them. The hosting provider may process normal website access information; this page is not a claim of UK-only hosting.
Please provide high-level requirements only. Do not enter credentials, network addresses, security weaknesses, client records, policy or claims information. Send detailed security documents through your approved channel.

What happens after your response?
- JDNetworks summarises confirmed requirements and outstanding decisions.
- We prepare a proposed architecture, service list, data-flow map and delivery scope.
- Galtec and W Denis review the proposal and agree any testing or supplier checks.
- A pilot proceeds only after the required approvals and data boundaries are agreed.
